We have a small herd of grass-fed Shorthorn and Hereford beef cows, all raised on good pasture and hay. In 2010 we will be offering whole sides or quarters of processed beef for sale, on a limited basis. Watch this space for more details.

Learning about bees and harvesting honey is a long process— and we get a lot of help from friends.
Johnson Creek Farms honey is used in baked goods and sold at Angel Food Bakery, 1636 West Montrose (near Ashland and Montrose) in the Ravenswood Neighborhood.
Johnson Creek
Farms honey— natural honey from our hives, with no preservatives. It's the best.
Harvesting honey from our bee hives keeps us busy a couple times during the year, but there's also a lot of maintenance on those bees throughout the year When the honey flows, its exciting!
